[Rob Needs Your Help Please]

Hello, I hope someone can help me with my problem.

What's really annoying is that web pages aren't always loading fully and properly. Often images will be in the wrong place, will be of the wrong size, or will not load at all. This especially seems to affect the Google and BBC websites - but that may simply be because I frequent those sites. Sometimes when I click links it takes me to random images from the preceding page... all sort of weird things! It generally affects sites I've visited in the past, but isn't affecting this forum, maybe because this is my first time here?

I have run the latest versions of AVG 7.5, Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware. I use IE7 and Firefox 2.0, but have tried reverting to the previous versions to see if this fixes the problem, which it does not. I have also deleted all cached files, updated my Windows fully and have run both the TrendMicro and Kaspersky online scans. I have no idea what to do. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Rob,

Hi, and welcome to 247fixes.

I see no signs of malware in your log. However, I think that the Google web accelerator is causing some issues. I've done some research on it and found where it has caused similar problems to what you're experiencing. I'd like you to try uninstalling that and see if it clears up the problem. Please post back and let me know - if that doesn't work, we can try some additional tweaking, but you're the second user I've seen with this problem, and the common denominator is the Google Web Accelerator.
