The people in the following Member groups can help you.


Administrator

These people are the Administrators of the forum they control the forum as a whole. They have access to all of the ACP (Admin control panel) and are also Global Moderators of the forum.


Academy Administrator

These are the people that oversee the 247 Academy Malware Removal Training program. These people are also Administrators of the forum and control the forum as a whole. They have access to all of the ACP (Admin control panel) and are also Global Moderators of the forum.


Global Moderator

These people are the Global Moderators of the forum they can moderate all forums (close topics, etc.). They can also warn and suspend users up to 3 days.


Community Moderator

These people are Moderators of the forum and help the Global Moderators and Administrators moderate all forums (close topics, etc.).


Academy Instructor

These people are the Teachers in the 247 Academy Malware Removal Training program. They instruct our Academy Trainees how to remove malware and they also handle the Malware Logs. Like Global Moderators, the Academy Instructors moderate all forums (close topics, etc.). They can also warn and suspend users up to 3 days.


Expert

These people are the Malware Removal Experts who respond to Malware logs and/or develop tools that remove infections.


Malware Remover

These people are the helpers of the forum, they know how to remove malware.


Tech Helper

These people are experienced with computers and can help you solve problems relating to Operating Systems, Software and Hardware. They do not help out in the Malware Removal forum.


Update Staff

These people do not know how to remove malware but they help by posting in the software update sections.


Chat Ops

These people are IRC channel ops for the 247fixes IRC channel - #killspyware. They have not expressed the wish to help out on the forum.


Security Cadets Admins/Mods

These people are staff from our partner site - Security Cadets. If they choose to help you with a malware or any other problem, you can be assured that the advice they give you is as reliable as advice from our own staff. These are also the people to contact if you are a member of the Security Cadets forums and are having problems accessing the site.


SHA Mentor

These people are staff from our 2nd partner site - Spyware Hammer. These are the teachers from their own malware removal training program, and they are also trained to do Malware Removal logs. You can be assured that the advice they give you is as reliable as advice from our own staff.


SHA Trainee

These people are the trainees from the malware removal training program at Spyware Hammer. They have been given permission to post to malware victims here under supervision by their teachers. You can count on their advice to be reliable as their posts are checked by teachers/experts first.


Visiting Teachers

These people are Malware Removal Teachers at other forums. They will be watching over Visiting Students to make sure their posts to you are accurate.


Visiting Staff

These people are staff from other sites who do not have the time to help at 247fixes.


External Students

These are trainees at other forums, that have been given permission to post to malware victims here under supervision by their teachers. You can count on their advice to be reliable as their posts are checked by teachers/experts first.



Please don't take any Malware Removal advice from any other member group. If we find any normal members posting help in the malware removal forum there will be action taken against them.

Normal members can post advice and help in the Operating Systems, Software and Hardware forums, but we will moderate these closely and hold no reliability if they give advice which could be harmful to anyone's computer. If in doubt about a member's advice, ask an Expert or Tech Helper to confirm before proceeding.
