Hijackthis Log help

hi
could you please help, my cpu usage is 100% with system idle and is driving me mad.
i have ran every ad + malware scanner around with no luck. i have even reduced my processes by 40% but still 100%.
dam laptop this message alone has taken me 5mins to type.
i have attached my hijack this log
