Help
Hi. Today i started my pc up. After everything had loaded. The sound was disabled, i couldn't run or update my AVG anti-virus and also i cannot use the internet. I was wondering what it could be...maybe a virus?
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! :)

Well, since you can't use the internet, then of course you are not campable of updating any softwares that requires the internet. The sound disabled, can't be sure whether it's caused by viruses in general, but can be due to other reasons as well.
This may be caused by malware or not, but if you want to check, first take a read here for posting the necessairly logs we want to see. Then Start a New Topic in This forum.
Someone should then get to you soon.
If you don't wish to start a topic there, then post back here letting us know, and we'll do some diagnosing and see if we can resolve this.
