Good Day Olrik!
I ran SystemLook twice, as it looked to me that the first log didn't make much sense!
Here's the first log:

Hello again,
You were right about the first run, I think you made a small mistake in the input.
But that doesn't matter, you did great on the second run.
I believe we can find this in either the startup or the services.
Ok, so lets see if we can find the culprit!
Note: This process might take a while and requires multiple reboots.
(It is also possible of course that it still keeps giving the problem. Report back and we'll move on to the services.)
Regards,
Olrik

- Go to start and hit run
- In the white box type msconfig
- A window will pop up, go to the Startup Tab.
- In the bottom right, select Disable All
- Please reboot the computer.
- Follow steps 1 to 3 again.
- Now turn on 1 or 2 startups and reboot again.
- Keep doing this until your problem comes back.
- Once the problem comes back it should be the program you turned on Last.
- Please tell me which program this was and how the whole process went.
(It is also possible of course that it still keeps giving the problem. Report back and we'll move on to the services.)

Ok, this was a really short of a troubleshooting...!
I followed your instructions only once, and as soon as the system restarted I got the problem again... ashDisp and BOC427 were checked, even though I unchecked all of them...
I'm gonna try that again now...

Ok, on to digging in services then.

Dear Olrik,
Good day again.
Hope you are doing great.
Sorry for taking so much, I was away on a trip and therefore unable to troubleshoot my PC...
(actually I came back a while ago with a great load of work after the vecation :-S)
I troubleshot all the startup check-boxes by adding two checks at a time.
The problem reappeared when I checked ERUNT and WethearEye, so I unchecked all the other applications (but these twon ones) and the problem persisted during next startup.
At this point I restarted a few times checking these two applications one at a time and nothing happened.
I went on checking again all the applications two by two and the problem reappeared only once all of the applications were checked.
Tricky, isn't it?
(I think he or she is playing hide and seek...)
Now what I sensed is that whatever is triggering the problem, does not rely on only a single application, but in a group of applications; apparently it also manages to keep the pop-up message going on for a couple of reboots after the responsible applications are unchecked. Is that possible?
I will go ahead and start troubleshooting the services... but this is driving me nuts now! :)
Thank you so much for your help!
